REFRIGERANT R407C

R407C refrigerant is a preparation, which is a mixture, with a wide range of applications. It can be found in many appliances for a variety of purposes. Amongst others, it is used in air conditioning, refrigeration and heat pumps. The most common applications are for domestic and commercial use. Pressurised liquefied gas was developed for medium- and high-temperature refrigeration equipment. R407C is a so-called zeotropic mixture of refrigerants with names: R134A (52%), R125 (25%) and R32 (23%). It is worth knowing that the recommended oil for R407C refrigerant is POE. R407C refrigerant is non-flammable and non-explosive. In addition, it does not adversely affect common plastics, i.e. PVC, polyamide and others, and is not toxic to humans.

Refrigerant R407C is used as a more environmentally friendly replacement for the discontinued refrigerant R22. Before making a change, the compatibility of the system with the new formulation should be verified.
